Hi Shon, Wanted to tell you and the young man who worked on my boots that the heel tweaks and top strap tightening tip made the MOST enormous difference in the fit and performance of my boots today. Sara and Shon, Sunday, my first day on the new Lange Pro Comps, was the most fun I've had skiing in ages. This is the first time I've gotten new boots between skiing days and was amazed by the difference they made compared to Saturday. Felt like I was skiing a railroad tracks - - guess the old Banshees were worn out. I was planning to stop and say WOW! and thank you guys yesterday, but totally spaced getting out into the traffic at the base. Hi Alex, Just wanted to drop you a line and thank you and Shon for your help with the boots. I LOVE THEM! I was much happier with the selection at your shop than what I looked at at Stratton. Anyone who can fit these paddles which some would call feet is my “ski God”. I would follow him to the four corners of the earth ….Thank God he’s still in Ludlow. As a podiatrist, I understand all the biomechanical complexities of proper fitting boots and you managed to get my personal situation completely under control with the canting, orthotics and heel lift.
