CLEARANCE AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS IN ORDER TO PROCEED:
- Unused items may be returned to us for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
- All items must be returned in NEW condition in original packaging with original tags still attached and all warranty cards, manuals and accessories present. Items returned without original packaging and manufacturer’s tags will be refused.
- Include a copy of your receipt.
- Include your name and a contact email/phone number to reach you.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and shipping insurance is recommended on return packages.
- All damage or loss of items during shipping is the responsibility of the customer making the return.
- If your purchase included FREE SHIPPING, the actual shipping charges incurred by The Boot Pro will be deducted from your refund.
** Items returned not adhering to the aforementioned conditions will be evaluated on a case by case basis and may be credited at the current selling price/potential value for resale or we will provide you with an invoice for shipping costs to return the item(s) to you.
