Join us on Saturday, January 20, 2018 for a Winterplace Ski Demo!
This Free ski demo will take place from 9am – 1pm at Okemo Mt. Resort. Look for The Boot Pro demo tents behind the Winterplace G & H Buildings at the top of the A and B Quads. There will be recreational skis available for both men and women from all of the major brands we carry.
Registration information
Pre-registration is not mandatory but is highly recommended to avoid delays at the demo tent. To pre-register, stop by The Boot Pro Ski Shop anytime before Saturday, January 20. You will need to provide contact information, boot sole length, skier type for DIN setting and a credit card imprint. Make your life easy, bring your boots with when you register and we will log all the information we need.

Try before you buy
Ski demos offer you the ability to easily ‘try before you buy”. They are a great way to compare and contrast various skis on the same day in the same conditions. Plus, you don’t have to worry about going to the shop, getting a pair of skis, getting them to the mountain in addition to your own skis, and then returning them to the shop at the end of the day and repeating the process daily until you’ve tried everything you want to try. We will have all the skis that we have available for demo on the hill waiting for you.

Nordica
For those looking for a high performance carving ski with true racing heritage, the Nordica GT Speedmachine 80 Evo ski will be available to try. Or if you haven’t tried the Nordica Enforcer 110 yet, you definitely want to do so. Ladies, see for yourself why the Nordica Santa Ana 93 is one of the most popular skis of the year. Find out what makes the new Nordica Astral 88 so playful and balanced and (quite possibly) so different from anything you have skied before.
Fischer
We’ll have the Fischer Ranger 98 Ti ski available for demo. This ski works well in all conditions from off-piste pow to Vermont hard pack. See for yourself the difference tip and tail rocker combined makes to deliver a smooth turn initiation that is quick and agile. This ski will give you firm edge hold in any condition, even on hardpack at speed, leaving you confident in your turns. And ladies, if you haven’t tried any of the newer Fischer flat skis for women – the Fischer My Ranger 89 and Fischer My MTN 84 will be available to test. Both of these skis are fun and forgiving and work well for your one-ski quiver.
Atomic
If you prefer cruising on piste, but enjoy bumps in spring and occasionally like to take it off trail when the snow is good and the main trails are busy, check out the Atomic Vantage X 83 CTI. Or if you are looking for something with just a little narrower waist, you can try the Atomic Vantage X 80 CTI. Ladies, try out the Atomic Vantage 90 CTI W. It’s a progressive all-mountain ski that is super light, yet seriously strong. And if you have been looking to get a great new hard snow carving ski test out the Atomic Cloud 12.
Rossignol
This will be a great opportunity to test the Rossignol Pursuit 600 CAM ski. It’s a 14m radius on-trail carving machine. Lively, energetic and fun. If you’re looking to bring some excitement back to skiing hardback – try these skis. For the ladies looking for a great all-mountain ski that can go from groomers to glades, the Rossignol Temptation 84 HD will be available to test.
